SHIPPING POLICIES

Shipping Times:

All orders are shipped within 2-3 days of receipt and and customers generally receive merchandise within 5-7 business days after shipping. The time it takes for your order to reach you can vary depending on your location. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Ideally we would love to have 100% customer satisfaction all the time, but realistically we understand that things happen. We ask that customers thoughtfully consider size, materials and the return policy when purchasing.

Returns/Exchanges:

We offer EXCHANGES AND/OR MERCH CREDIT ONLY.

Exchange Process: Email morphedbykenia@gmail.com with the reason for exchange request. Include RETURN and order information in the subject line. Once approved, ship your item to: P.O. Box 1244, Bowie Maryland US 20718. If local, please state in the email that you are available for an in-person exchange.

Exchange Policy: 

  1. Merchandise exchange must be requested within 5 days of receipt. No exceptions.

  2. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and all attached clothing tags must still be intact. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled. Items must be in a suitable condition for resale. Morphed associates diligently inspect all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be thoroughly inspected for signs of wear or consumer damage. If the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive and exchange or store credit.

  3. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our exchange requirements. 

  4. Approved exchanges will receive an even exchange or merch credit only. Store credits are only valid for 30 days after the date of issue.

Exchange Process Time:

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request. Once your request is approved, you can ship your item(s) back. Upon receipt of your package, your exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email once your exchange has been processed and shipped. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your product to reach you, may vary.

Shipping Exchanges: 

Unfortunately, shipping costs are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to send the merchandise back to Morphed. When shipping your items to us, we recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns and we are not responsible for unreceived merchandise. 

Final Sale:

All sales items and accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
